Legal Research Projects

     Besides the project on the Law of Lawyers and the drafting of the Laws of Judges and Prosecutors, projects on other laws were researched and promoted by the various committees of the TBA. From 1991 to nowadays as of 2002, the TBA promoted successful research and lobbying projects to amend legislation in the areas of civil law, criminal law, intellectual property rights, environmental law, administrative law, tax law, and insurance.
